Objective - Get shops, resturants and hotels to capitalize the
Christmas Trade by purchasing Christmas Decorations.
Problem - Small retailers and hospitality operations underestimate the
pulling power of properly merchandising their business for Christmas. They often
do too little too late.
Strategy - Demonstrate an extreme example of what can happen if a
small business fails to merchandise and decorate themselves to capture Christmas
trade.
Creative Solution - Have a "Father Christmas" in plain clothes try to
hustle for people to sit on his lap.
